CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your booking as follows:
- Free Cancellation:
If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a full refund credited to your Urbanova wallet for future use within the app.
- Cancellation within 2 Days:
If you cancel your booking within 2 days (48 hours)of your scheduled check-in date, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from your total booking amount. The remaining 80% will be credited to your Urbanova wallet for future use within the app.
2. Refund Process
Refunds are typically credited to your Urbanova wallet. In certain cases, such as service errors or failed bookings, you may request a refund to your original payment method.
3. Exceptions
Certain bookings—such as last-minute reservations or non-refundable listings—may not qualify for refunds. These exceptions will be clearly stated during the booking process.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. If delays occur, our support team will notify you and provide updates.
